Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
We try to estimate dispatch dates for each order, but due to things outside our control they often change. If the dispatch date changes by more than 3 business days then we will inform you by email.
Your expected delivery date is the expected dispatch date plus the estimated delivery times for your location. You can find out delivery times & prices here.
We process the payment of the orders upfront to keep things simple, and because usually our expected dispatch date is only a few weeks from when we begin taking pre-orders.
If you want to cancel your order at any time until dispatch, please send us an email to email@example.com and quote your order number, and we'll be happy to process the refund.
