When does the Black Friday Sale start/end?
Our Black Friday Big 15 Event is live from 28.11.25 | 00:00 GMT and will end 01.12.25 | 23:59 GMT. We will not restock during the sale so we advise shopping ASAP to avoid disappointment - stock will go quick!
What discounts are available during the event?
This year, our Black Friday | Big 15 Event is our juiciest sale yet! During the Black Friday Sale, everything will be £15 or 15% off, with a few lines in our Last Chance To Buy Collection.
And that's not all... We are offering our VIP customers a FREE Makeup Bag* when any other bag or case is purchased during the sale. To claim this offer, you can sign up here.

If an item is in my basket, is it mine?
An item isn’t yours until you have completed your purchase at checkout. We recommend checking out as quickly as possible once all items are added to your basket.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Unfortunately, our Gift Wrap service will be temporarily unavailable during the Black Friday Sale. Our warehouse works hard to ensure all orders are picked and packed quickly and efficiently, so that your items arrive as soon as possible.
I placed my order before the sale started. Can I still get a discount on my items?
Unfortunately, any orders placed before the Black Friday Sale begins will not qualify for the discounts on offer. Discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the sale period.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend orders once they’ve been placed. Our warehouse works quickly to process orders, so once your order is confirmed, it’s already began to process through our system.

UK Next Day Delivery is temporarily suspended to ensure all orders placed during the sale are processed as a priority.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a link to your tracking details, allowing you to easily monitor your delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Simply enter your address at checkout to see if we can deliver to your location!
When will my order be dispatched?
Our warehouse team will do their best to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days; however, please kindly note that some delays may be experienced due to the peak period. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your delivery.
How do I return an item?
🎄RETURN WINDOW EXTENDED TO 30th JANUARY 2025 for orders made between 28th November to 23rd December. 🎄
Please kindly note all eligible returns must be back at our warehouse by the 30th January. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to avoid being rejected, thank you for your understanding.

Are taxes and duties included in my order (International only)?
For orders to addresses within the EU under €150, customs duties are covered by us. For orders outside the EU, customs charges are determined by the carrier and local regulations, and these charges will be your responsibility.
Please kindly note, we unfortunately have no control over country-specific fees such as brokerage charges. More details can be found here.
