We're sorry, but we've temporarily paused shipping to EU countries as we work to improve the delivery experience for our EU customers.
We're currently reviewing recent customs & duties changes affecting EU deliveries and hope to resume shipping as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Country-Specific Fees: EU & International customers are responsible for any country-specific fees or brokerage charges which are unique to the shipping destination. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding on this.
Customs & Duties within the EU: From 1 July 2026, the EU has removed the customs duty exemption for orders under €150. A flat-rate customs duty of €3 per item type now applies to all orders entering the EU - but don't worry, this is covered by us at no extra cost to you.
Just to highlight again, however, that any country-specific fees introduced by individual EU member states outside of customs & duties (e.g. national handling or brokerage charges) are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
