I would like to sell The Flat Lay Co. products in my store. How do I apply for a wholesale account?

A member of our wholesale team will review your application and aim to be in touch within 5 business days.

Terms & Conditions
What are The Flat Lay Co. wholesale terms and conditions?
Sales of The Flat Lay Co. products are authorised only through the retail premises and sales channels approved as part of your wholesale account.
Permission must be requested in writing from The Flat Lay Co. before our products are sold through any additional platform, marketplace or sales method.
Our standard retailer margin is 42% of RRP, excluding VAT.
The minimum wholesale order value is £400 + VAT.
UK shipping is charged at £15.78 + VAT.
All wholesale orders require payment upfront. Payment can be made through the payment options available on our B2B ecommerce site or by bank transfer to the company account detailed on your invoice.
Payment must be received within 5 business days. If payment is not completed within this period, the order will become invalid and will need to be resubmitted.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
If your order contains damaged or defective merchandise, please contact The Flat Lay Co. Ltd at wholesale@theflatlay.co within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
Where applicable, we will replace returned damaged or defective merchandise with new items.
Merchandise held for more than 15 days after receipt will not be accepted for return.
Content created by The Flat Lay Co. for marketing purposes, including website content, photography, imagery and other creative assets, remains the property of The Flat Lay Co.
These assets may not be reproduced, distributed or used for your own marketing purposes without prior written consent from The Flat Lay Co.
You and The Flat Lay Co. mutually agree to maintain confidentiality regarding confidential information shared between the parties and not to disclose such information to third parties for commercial purposes, except where required to fulfil the business relationship or by law.
Orders
How do I place an order?
All wholesale orders must be placed directly through our B2B website and paid for upfront.
We do not accept purchase orders (POs) by email.
When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 7 working days of receiving payment.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update before checking the status of your shipment.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with international wholesale partners and aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.
International wholesale orders are supplied on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. This means The Flat Lay Co. makes your goods available for collection at our designated UK location, while you, as the buyer, are responsible for arranging and paying for onward transportation.
Once your order has been placed, we will provide the information required for you to arrange collection with your chosen courier.
Please ensure that your selected courier is able to collect from our UK warehouse. Once your collection has been arranged, please provide us with the shipping label generated by your courier.
Courier charges are the responsibility of the buyer and should be arranged and paid directly by you.
You will also be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred when importing the goods into your destination country.
Following approval of your wholesale application, we will provide our Ex Works (EXW) Incoterms document for you to review.
